Carrie Hunter is an Associate, who joined THA in 2007.
Carrie has experience in the retrofit and adaptation of existing buildings, and in the conservation of specialized heritage buildings and sites. Her involvement extends to design on projects of large value. She has managed complex multi-disciplinary teams, and has been responsible for the production of design and contract document phases of work. Carrie’s diverse abilities and problem solving skills have led to assignments on a wide range of projects, from the design of workplaces, to the design of technical solutions in construction. Precise and detail oriented, Carrie manages drafting standards in the office and consistently pursues opportunities to remain current with technological innovation and standards.
Carrie’s interest in travel, her experience working in Boston and Rotterdam, and her study in Rome, has inspired her to draw from both traditional and contemporary precedents to inform her work.
Carrie graduated with a Masters in Architecture from the University of Waterloo in 2010.
